Estimate

We provide you an estimated cost based on your project specifications.

Contract

Review the terms, pricing and specifications for your project and sign the contract. Learn more about standard Terms of Contract

Deposit

Material to be paid in full upon delivery to DMD and 1/2 of the fabrication deposit paid before template taking.

– 04

Template

The homeowner and/or contractor should be present for templates to ensure that all requests are met, such as seam location and edge detail. Please have sinks available at job site. DMD recommends 5/8” plywood on cabinets.

Layout

We recommend that customers come to our shop for a layout of templates on material to ensure that veining pattern and match are completed to your satisfaction. Certain materials do not require a layout, such as consistent granite colors or quartz materials.

Fabrication

Our expert team of fabricators will cut and finish you surfaces to exact specifications. This is where our technical knowledge and artistry combine to create an exemplary end product.

Installation

Our experienced professionals install you finished product with extreme care. If you chose natural stone, we will seal your counters.
